Need time-sensitive or urgent Canvas technical assistance? Open a ServiceNow ticket with the EEE Support team. We’ll get back to you by email as soon as possible.
If it’s very urgent, consider calling the OIT Help Desk (949) 824-2222 and ask to be connected with the EEE Support team.
Support Option 2: Come In and Chat
Need non-urgent in-person technical assistance with your Canvas course space? The EEE Support team is now available for 1-on-1 sessions to help instructors and TAs with Canvas-related technical support questions.
Example topics we can cover in your session:
- Migrating a EEE Legacy EasyWebsite to Canvas
- Setting up your Canvas gradebook and weighting grades
- Creating quizzes
- Creating and managing group assignments
- …or any other Canvas question!
You’re welcome to bring your own laptop, but it’s not required for the session. However, if your session will require files to be uploaded to your course space, you might want to bring them on a USB thumb drive.
Sign up for sessions will be available on a first come, first served basis and will be removed from the calendar as they are reserved. If you don’t see a session available for this week, you may consider advancing the calendar one week to find other available sessions.
